What is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach?

Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a mentor who helps their clients feel their best through food and lifestyle changes and personalized, one-on-one encouragement.

 

While dietary nutrition is discussed, there’s a larger focus on non-food forms of nourishment called Primary Foods.

 

We assess a client’s overall well-being and together come up with recommendations to help enact basic health-supportive modifications.
